BEGINNERS: Not every quilt has to be large and/or complicated.
I made this little Tummy-Time quilt for a friend’s new baby boy. It’s very simple! Four 10-inch blocks in the center and then several sashing strips and voilà! I stippled the whole thing and added a Christian fish symbol in one corner (because, she was a church friend). It’s a small quilt, meant only to be used the first few months before a baby begins to move around on their own. It’s just a quick and easy place to lay a baby on the floor for some tummy time.
