Black Winged Tuesday

By: Alicia Ryan

OKAY>>>I HAVE TO SAY THIS FIRST… I AM THE MOST FORGETFUL PERSON ON THE PLANET.

I read this book in June of 2016. I read in like 24 hours. GREAT BOOK! Loved it so much I tracked down the author to tell her personally how much I loved it. Then, …. forgot to post the review. I’m getting so old.

It’s now October. I came across the review while cleaning out old files and I just HAD to post it. This is such a great book.

So, here’s the review from June of 2016:

*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&*&

Wow!

I believe I am fast becoming Alicia Ryan’s biggest fan.
I have just finished reading, Black-Winged Tuesday, which I received for free in exchange for an honest review. Wow! I just can’t say anything else…just wow.

Herman is an ordinary guy, mundane even. A virgin who, in the first paragraph of the book dies a horrible uncanny and completely bizarre death. However, Herman doesn’t let a little thing like being dead stop him from living the life he’s always dreamed of.

Herman—who, after death becomes “Tuesday”—is a great hero. But he’s also real. He makes mistakes—even while wearing wings—and he has doubts and he can’t decide between two, three…or it four lovers… He’s not perfect. But he tries.

This is such a unique story-line. It’s got everything from angels and demons to were-beavers (YES! Were-Beavers and Squirrels and Horses and more…) and a truly gender confused bad boy on the wing. Mystery, thriller, action, paranormal, fantasy… I’m not sure how to categorize Black-Winged Tuesday…but I can tell you I liked it.
Today is June 5, 2016 and 7:00 pm on the West Coast. I started this book last night around midnight and could not put it down (between all those times I had to, you know, do the whole wife and mother and grandmother thing) until I’d read every last word! I loved it!

Can’t say enough about this book—without giving too much away.

CAN’T WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT TUESDAY BOOK COMES MY WAY!!!

YOU HAVE TO READ THIS BOOK!
